Who are nibs etc.?
nibs etc. was founded by Chloë Stewart, whose journey started with a food blog dedicated to upcycling leftovers and zero-waste cooking. Frustrated by the amount of good food going to waste, Chloë set out to prove that sustainability and flavour can go hand in hand.
What began with juice-pulp snacks in 2016 has grown into a mission-driven brand making granolas that are as nourishing for people as they are kind to the planet. The name “nibs etc.” reflects both their love of cacao nibs and their playful, creative approach to ingredients.
Fighting Food Waste with Apple Pulp
One of the things that makes nibs etc. granolas truly unique is their use of upcycled apple pulp. This is the fibre-rich, naturally sweet by-product left over from juicing apples. Instead of letting it go to waste, nibs etc. dries and blends it into their granolas, adding flavour, nutrition, and texture while saving good food from the bin.
