Produced by Mió and together with the Instituto do Espirito Santo, this coffee directly supports Sombra - an agroforestry project Volcano Coffee Works are funding on the farm. Once the beans are harvested, they undergo the chemical-free sugarcane process to remove the caffeine whilst preserving the flavour. This gives you a deliciously decaffeinated and perfectly rounded coffee, with no compromise on flavour. This decaffeinated coffee is best drunk as an espresso but is also great as a filter coffee.
